Orange Tree is one of the most prestigious communities in Florida offering children’s parks, tennis and, basketball courts, and a football pitch. The home is close to many championship golf courses, Lake Louisa state park where you can hike, fish, canoe, relax and enjoy nature.

The “Great Room” is the heart of the home. It has high vaulted ceilings, and is furnished to a very high standard. Here you can enjoy watching family films from the upgraded package, or choose a DVD from the selection in the home. The portable music system can be taken from room to room and the complimentary CDs will keep you feeling upbeat even after a tiring day at the parks.
The kitchen is fitted with every type of appliance; even the most professional chef would be delighted! The open plan feature of the kitchen mean that it has become the hub of the house.
The formal Dining room is set out ready for when you have more time to enjoy a relaxed meal in the tranquility of the home.
The nook is next to the kitchen, and is a bright spacious area for the less formal meal. It is lovely to sit there at breakfast and enjoy the early morning rays of sun peeping through the blinds.
1st Master Suite: The master bedroom has a queen size bed (7 ft) and a range of luxury cupboards, furnishings and a walk in wardrobe. You can watch the extensive cable package from the luxury of your bed. It also has an en-suite with a large walk in shower and dual vanity sinks and a roman bath. The bedroom offers access directly on to the poolside.
2nd Master Suite: The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed, luxury bedroom furniture a walk in wardrobe, cable TV, bathroom and also has its own access on to the pool side.
Double Bedroom: The double bedroom is ideal for a third couple or a teenage person who desires their own space. It has a large wardrobe, luxury draws, cable TV, and has its own bathroom situated next door.
2 Twin Bedrooms: Both twin rooms are separated by their own bathroom and have a range of upgraded furniture, large wardrobes and of course cable TV.
The game room is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It is a spacious room offering a full size American Pool table, Playstation 2 and table football, there you can find all the equipment for the local amenities (tennis Racquets, balls etc).
Pool & Spa: Our fantastic South facing pool and hot tub/spa with private aspect are ideal area to top up the tan or just to cool down in at the end of the day. In the evening you can relax in the spa and enjoy a glass of champagne whilst watching the sun set. Our large Lanai offers shade from the mid day sun and provides an ideal area to sit and watch the gentlemen enjoying cooking on the homes own BBQ. The pool furniture offers upgraded padded chairs and sun beds for a real feel of luxury. The pool garden furniture includes a BBQ, adjustable sun loungers, sun umbrella, table and chairs.
