  Sunset Dream was extremely comfortable, the pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. We had a few minor problems but the service company was friendly and efficient. I had always stayed on the Disney Grounds for past visits but would highly recommend renting a house, especially this one, for the ability to spread out and have room for kids and family members to relax and not be in a one or two room area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  our stay was like being at home.nice area,beautiful home and pool.close to disney and many great golf courses and restaurants.the owner could not be more helpful.i will certainly come back and recommend this place to all.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Everything with the rental was just as shown in the photos or through conversation. Perfect location to Disney and other attractions, yet in a quite neighborhood when you just wanted to relax or take a walk. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly. Spacious home with game room. Lynn was prompt with responses to questions during the rental process. Rental process overall was smooth and easy.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The Villa was fantastic. It was so spacious and each bedroom was different and beautifully co-ordinated. The children were so impressed with the massive games room and the pool and Jacuzzi were a real bonus when we had a day off from site seeing. The Villa was very clean and modern. It was a great base for us to travel to Disneyland and all the other attractions. I would definately come again and bring my friends and family. I would also like to thank Lynn for all her extra help, like recommending where to go for meals "Chilli's" was the best ever! It was handy to know about booking tickets for shows - this was useful and we enjoyed the show we saw. Thanks again it was a great holiday with lots of fab memories. 10/10 !!

Cancellation policy:

Terms and Conditions – Sunset Dream Villa Rental is in Pounds Sterling and based on maximum occupancy (12 persons). There is no discount for under occupancy. A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to reach us within 7 days of any verbal booking. If no deposit is received the property will be re-advertised as available. The booking chart on the web site is for general guidance - please phone the owners for up to the minute information. The balance will be required to reach us 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa. Confirmation of your booking and a statement of your final balance will be sent to you on payment of a deposit, a receipt and useful information will be sent to you upon payment of the balance. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs L Flint And should be sent to: Mrs L Flint, The Barn, Brakes Farm, Nottingham Road, Lowdham, Nottingham NG14 7AN We understand that on occasions your plans may change and you may unfortunately be unable to take your holiday. We regret that no monies can be refunded in the event of your cancellation of the holiday - to this end we strongly suggest you take out holiday insurance with provision for cancellation. Bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however flexibility will be considered. Arrival check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement. This provides enough time for the villa to be cleaned between guest arrivals and departures. We will endeavour to be flexible to suit flight times, where possible. The property attracts a breakage deposit of £250. This amount is a precautionary deposit and will be returned in full by cheque within 14 days on return, providing no damage or breakages have occurred during your stay. Our management check the inventory prior to your arrival and after your departure and will advise of any faults. All necessary linen will be provided. Towels will be provided for use within the villa . Please bring your own beach towels. The pool heat must be booked and paid for before arrival at the villa. The pool cover should be used to retain the heat when not in use especially overnight.. There is NO SMOKING in our villa. Pets are not allowed in the villa, If a pet has been in the property, there will be an automatic security deposit charge, to cover the cost of professional cleaning of all carpets and upholstery. Due to state fire regulations under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons identified on the booking form occupy the property. Our villa is on one level and we believe it is accessible for most people - if you have any particular needs to be met please talk to us and we'll do our best to advise you of the accommodation's suitability for you. Parents should always use the fencing provided to ensure children do not enter the pool on their own. The owners or their agents cannot be held responsible for any changes or damage caused by Force Majeure, eg strikes, floods ,closure of airport ,weather conditions or other events beyond our control.. The owners and agents reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel the booking and in event we will refund all sums (but without interest or compensation). Any complaints about the accommodation should be made to the management company locally - if the complaint cannot be resolved by this means then call us on 0115 966 5117. We will do our best to resolve any problems that are within our control. By sending us a deposit we understand that you have read these terms and conditions and accept them. We cannot refund deposits through your failure to read this document. This does not affect your statutory rights.
