We offer great prices as we rent direct to you and share the middle man savings. At your request we can suggest some of the best eating and entertainment places locally. You will enjoy the morning sunrise from the 4th floor directly overlooking one of the three pools and smack dab on the Gulf of Mexico.
The Sunbird is a neat well known condominium, located centrally on the beach near shopping, amusements and restaurants to make your vacation fun. You can walk next door to Pineapple Willys restaurant and dine on some of the best ribs in town.
Walmart and several fast food chains are also available a short walk from the Sunbird
Three swimming pools, one heated in the winter, shuffleboard and tennis on site and all the sugar white sandy beach one could ask for. Come and enjoy the view from 403 east. We hope to share our little piece of the beach with you for your next vacation or weekend getaway.
