If you are interested in renting our cottage, the rate is $910 a week which excludes 4th of July week and X-mas is $1200. On check in day, if no cars are in the driveway, feel free to come inside.
The rate for daily rates are $225 per night, minimum 2 nights
A deposit of $300 is required to book a date for a week and is non refundable unless written notice is sent 45 days prior to scheduled date. Balance is due 1 month before the rental date and is non refundable. An additional refundable security deposit of $150 dollars for 7 day renters is due at the same time. A deposit of $100 is required to book a weekend and is non refundable unless writen notice is sent 30 days prior to scheduled date. An additional security deposit of $100 for weekend renters is due at the same time.
If you wish, before you check out, we will come over and have a walk thru, if everything is in relative order we will return your deposit back in cash, right then. If a walk thru is not convenient for you then, we will do the walk thru and send your deposit back within 3 days of your departure.
