If you are interested in renting our cottage, the rate is $910 a week which excludes 4th of July week and X-mas which is $1200. On check in day, if no cars are in the driveway, feel free to come inside.
A deposit of $300 is required to book a date for a week and is non refundable unless written notice is sent 45 days prior to scheduled date. Balance is due 1 month before the rental date and is non refundable. An additional refundable security deposit of $300 dollars is due with reservation.
If you wish, before you check out, we will come over and have a walk thru, if everything is in relative order we will return your deposit back in cash, right then. If a walk thru is not convenient for you then, we will do the walk thru and send your deposit back within 3 days of your departure.
