If you are interested in renting our cottage, the rate is $910 a week which excludes 4th of July week and X-mas is $1200. Check in, is on a Friday or Saturday at 11:30 AM and check out is 11:30 AM the following Friday or Saturday. On check in day if no cars are in the driveway feel free to come inside.
The rate for weekends is $150 per night, minimum 2 nights, starting on Friday and checkout on Sunday by 11:30 A.M.
A deposit of $300 is required to book a date for a week and is non refundable unless written notice is sent 45 days prior to schedule date. Balance is due 1 month before the rental date and is non refundable. An additional refundable deposit of $150 dollars for 7 day renters is due at the same time. If you wish, before you check out we will come over and have a walk thru, if everything is in order we will give your deposit back in cash right then. If a walk thru is not posible then and everything is OK when I do the walk thru I will send your deposit back with in 3 days. The deposit for weekenders is $75.
