Available in highly desirable Avalon! Come share our home. The kitchen, master bedroom, living and dining areas of our first floor unit open onto a 35' lanai that provides a panoramic view of the eleventh fairway. The Avalon Clubhouse, Pool, and Spa are just out the front door.
The unit sleeps six comfortably. The master suite is complete with a King bed, walk in closet and its own bath. On the other side of the unit there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, and two twins)and a bath and a half.
Absolutely turnkey! We have hosted Thanksgiving for six annually. Four TVs, a DVD, basic cable and high speed wireless internet come with this unit. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
Membership privileges at the challenging, 18 hole Grandezza Golf Club are transferable. Location is incomparable: minutes away from the airport, dining, and shopping!
