Situated in a quiet harbor of the Tennessee River, the grounds of the Keeton Lake House include a swimming platform and floating boathouse on the harbor, as well as 280 feet of shoreline level on the water.
The looped driveway makes boat parking easy - bring your own boat, or rent at nearby marinas. Entertain in the back yard's three gazebos, relax in the hot tub or hammocks, or take an excursion on the 4-person paddleboat. Note that the water is at a lower level Oct-April, but the paddleboat can still be used.
Inside the Keeton Lake House, enjoy spectacular views of the lake and area wildlife from the great room's windows, or relax in the glassed-in sun porch.
The great room also features a big screen TV with surround sound, and there is satellite TV and wireless internet access throughout. The three oversized bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths will accommodate up to ten guests. The house is spacious at approx 3000 square feet.
