Only 30 minutes away you can enter Yellowstone National Park and catch a glimpse of wildlife rarely seen outside of a zoo. While there you may also attend a live playhouse musical at the Playmill at West Yellowstone where you will laugh and relax like never before. You can also catch a breathtaking movie on the IMAX screen while in West Yellowstone.
For those who fish (fly or cast) Island Park and the surrounding area provides some of the best fishing and scenery around. For those who prefer to boat, jetski, wakeboard or waterski, Island Park Reservoir is only minutes away and will provide you will all the activity you can handle and then some!

Winter 2010-2011 Rates!! $850/Week or $165/Night 2 Night Minimum. No Cleaning Fee!
Summer 2011 Rates!!! $1,100/Week or $195/Night 3 Night Minimum. No Cleaning Fee.
Winter Special!! To help fill some of our open dates if you book within a week of
travel you pay only $135/night and $75 cleaning fee!!
You are welcome to park and snowmobile in and save the additional plowing costs
Winter Rates include plowing to get you to the cabin but $50/plow after that.
Rates Do Not Include 8% Sales Tax
Pets OK with permission ($25/night .. $150/week)

Hi. We are the Child Family. We are the parents of five children ranging in age from 14 yrs to 14 months. We live in Idaho Falls and we love visiting our cabin when it is not being used by guests!
Why the Owner Chose Island Park
We chose to buy our cabin in Island Park mainly for selfish reasons. It's close enough to enjoy regularly without incuring undue travel costs. We also love the close proximity to the beauty of Yellowstone National Park.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We enjoy the peaceful nature of our cabin. It's always fun to cook hotdogs and make s'mores over the fire in the backyard. There are many hiking trails nearby and our three sons love to go exploring and enjoying the wildlife they see.

It was a fabulous cabin. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! The cabin had everything you could possibly need! Lots of blankets, pillows and towels, pots and pans for cooking, even hot dog sticks for roasting in the fire pit! We had a great time in Yellowstone and floated down the river! The pictures didn't do it justice! We definately want to come back!

We had a great time staying at the Cozy Family Cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and the firepit in back was fun. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans and other supplies which made cooking there a breeze.

We spent a long weekend at the cabin and all of us found it very comfortable and convenient to area attractions. Especially enjoyed our evenings at the fire pit.

It was awesome. I saw an 8 point elk, a black bear and lots of bison. It's an awesome cabin. It was comfy, warm and fun. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Totally awesome cabin! What a great stay we had. The name "Cozy Family Cabin" is truly a fitting name. We had 2 visitors several times (a mama moose and her baby) They were right up next to the front porch. Got some awesome photos. Thanks for renting us the cabin. What a great outdoor experience, with all the comforts of home.
