We Proudly Present a Beautiful retreat in Poipu, The Kipuka Cottage. Expansive living area nearly 1200 square feet plus three Lanai's with great views of Pacific.
Upon entering you walk into a cathedral open beam ceiling loft is visible wrapped with glass railings. The front room has a sofa sleeper, two large bamboo chairs with a cable TV. The Kitchen comes equipped with everything needed to entertain a group of six. Down stairs also has a one bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a washer and dryer under the staircase. Upstairs is an open loft with a king size bed and another front room setting, equipped with cable TV. From the Lanai you have an ocean view looks over beautiful Poipu beach and Nukumoi Point.
Kipuka South Shore Cottage also includes Gas BBQ, Bath towels, linens, 2-color TV’s, and Beach Towels. We are located within a short walk to Poipu Beach, The Grand Hyatt Kauai, Poipu Shopping Village, Starbucks, famed Poipu Bay golf course, and Several excellent restaurants.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Rental fees for reservations are due at the time of booking
REFUNDS:
No refund of a paid reservation will be made unless a cancellation request is made at least 60 days prior to the date on which the reservation begins. Money will be refunded with less than 60 days notification only when the unit is re-rented.
DAMAGE:
Charges to your credit card will be made for any broken or missing items and for any damages to furnishing and equipment. A charge will also be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out.
