Located on 4th floor in the lodge building closest to the beach without being in the towers! Private screened porches located off living room and master bedroom. Beautiful resort path walk is minutes to the beach. Owners private beach locker at the beach stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas available for renters use.
The condo has been completely renovated, including tile entrance and kitchen, new carpeting, freshly painted throughout, brand new master bedroom furniture with King size bed, brand new pull out sleeper sofa. New heating/air system installed in 2009!
Owner provides use of linens, towels, beach towels, Game Cube game system and various games, books for great beach reading, and kitchen/bath cleaning supplies. Cleaning service available for additional fee. Discuss needs with owner. Washer/dryer available on each floor for $1.50/load.

we loved our stay at the condo! it was just what we needed. place was clean and well kept. very close to the ocean and the pool. the owners were a pleasure to work with as well and we got a great rate off season. we will return for sure!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
