I am interested in renting the home for a minimum of six months and I would prefer a one year lease. Home is essentially brand new, well maintained and in a very small neighborhood (only 24 houses).
Home has two porches, one deck on the back overlooking a peaceful pond. Home has a formal dining room, downstairs living room and a large bonus room upstairs with a home theater system.
Master bedroom is on the first floor. Separate office has an Elliptical trainer machine. Available starting January 1,2011.
