Home is essentially brand new, well maintained and in a very small neighborhood (only 24 houses).

Home has two porches, one deck on the back overlooking a peaceful pond. Home has a formal dining room, downstairs living room and a large bonus room upstairs with a home theater system.

Master bedroom is on the first floor. Separate office has an Elliptical trainer machine. Available Year round, starting June 2009.

Grocery store, two restaurants, liquor store, tackle shop, etc. are literally less than 100 yards from home (walking distance).

  • This is a beautiful home. It is very well placed for all the Charleston area attractions, and only 10 minutes or so drive to downtowm Charleson. We spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

  • I have stayed in a number of homes in the Myrtle Beach area and the Destin, Fl area but I have never stayed in a home with as many ammenities as this home. You lacked for nothing. I would not hesitate to rent agin.

  • Our Dutch family with three teenage daughters stayed in this beautiful house in July 09. The house is fantastic; spacious, very stylishly furnished and with quality equipment. It is situated in a nice safe homily area at walking distance to the supermarket (important for the Dutch!). One of the unique characteristics of Charleston is it's variety of things to do, and this place is ideally located at a few minutes drive from it all, beach, downtown, shopping centers, etc. It has simply been one of the best home rental experiences we have on our holiday visits to the US over the last years.

  • I booked this house for my extended family who were in town for a wedding. They loved the house. They said it was spotless and extremely comfortable. The wedding was on Sullivan's Island and the location was perfect for getting back and forth for various functions. They really enjoyed their stay.

  • My family and I stayed in this lovely home for a wedding we were attending in Charleston. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness. This house was immaculate! It looks like it was professionally decorated. There is a lovely pond in the backyard and it is minutes to the beach. Downtown Charleston is only 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

  • We rented the house to attend a wedding in Mount Pleasant! Great House, plenty of room. There were great restaruants close by, the Beach was close by and downtown Charleston was close by. I definately will return on my next trip to the area! Thanks Cash!
