Steps to the nationally-renowned Kal Haven Trail, kitty corner from the Optimist Tot Lot Park, and just across Dyckman Bridge to Stanley Memorial Park. A fabulous location!
This home has a nice, open floor plan with a large, eat-in kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms, and powder room on the first floor.
