Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We were first in Panama City Beach in October of 2008. We were invited by friends that own at The Shores of Panama. We fell in love with Panama City Beach. We decided that we wanted to buy a condo in PCB shortly after returning home to Wisonsin in November. After 2 months of internet research we booked a 5 day trip in February 2009 to see in person the Complexes we thought we liked best. After touring virtually every Condo on the beach we decided on Sunrise Beach.
Sunrise Beach offers great location, units with master bedroom suites with walkouts to the patio, expansive 23X8.5" balconies, large living area, large bedrooms, parking on the same side of the street under the complex, beautiful pool deck, great fitness center, and excellent management.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This is one of the few units in Sunrise Beach that qualify as a Resort Quest PLATINUM LEVEL unit. This requires upgraded furniture, electronics, and amenities. Our unit was professionally decorated by Shore House Furinture. We offer a Home Theatre System with a 46" LCD in the Living Area and 3 additional LCD TV's and DVD players. This is a Penthouse unit with crown moulding. The views from this unit are spectacular.

My family had an awesome time. We went with another family and could not believe how much space it has. The view is incredible and the property is very well kept. Not too mention the beach was that white soft sand and you could walk for miles. They also had this fun shopping/dining plaza within a couple miles that you could walk to if you wanted. We can't wait to go back again!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.
