A 1960's original Beach House, renovated with style and modern details, in the Amagansett Dunes!
Only 50 yards from a beautiful private Beach. You'll be able to walk across the street, take a morning dive in the ocean, or a quick run up the beach. No need to drive up and drop off all your gear!
Located on a high Dune so you'll experience nice ocean breezes that keep you cool even in August. It is one of the rare homes in the area with it's own garage and full basement, complete with washer, dryer, bicycles, a ping pong table, and an outside basketball hoop!
There is sun or shade all day, depending on where you choose to sit on our beautiful wrap around deck. In the late afternoon, you can BBQ, serve drinks on the deck and enjoy the sunset.
Three bedrooms, two gorgeous tiled baths, a nice open gourmet kitchen with windows that open out onto a bar onto the deck. For cooler nights, the fireplace will make you nice and cozy (don't worry, it has central heat!)
The most important thing, the beautiful private beach right across the street!
You couldn't be closer unless you lived on it!
