Ocean front condominium located on the secluded Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This unit is located in Pelican's Landing. Corner unit, windows throughout, ocean views from most rooms. Unit features 3 bedrooms:
* Master - King Bed, TV, private bath, private ocean front balcony.
* BR # 2 Queen, private bath.
* BR # 3 is unique. Bunk bed with double down and double up (double down is futon and folds to sofa for day use). There is also a pull-out single bed from chair. Sleeps 5 children. Plasma TV with DVD.
Living-Room has queen sleeper, Flat Screen TV, DVD/VCR, rocking chair and access to ocean front screened porch.
Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Equipped to comfortably feed nine people. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware and accessories provided. Unit has washer and dryer. Ocean front screened porch off living room with table and chairs to enjoy summer breezes.
Pelican's Landing has 2 full size pools, one ocean front and one in a courtyard across the street - heated in spring /fall. Children's playground also available. Outside pavilion, picnic areas and grills are located on the property.
Convenient to Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row. World famous Ocean Annie's ocean front bar and grill are located 100 yards down the beach.
The Atlantics longest pier, Appache Pier, is located within walking distance from the unit. Fishing is available year round.

Why the Owner Chose Pelican's Landing
My family vacationed in the area for 10 years. We like the fact that Shore Drive is somewhat secluded from the hustle & bustle of Myrtle Beach. Walking distance to waterway near Dunes Club, the Arrowhead Pier and Ocean Annie's makes it a pefect beach day.
