WELCOME
Enjoy a stay in our spacious 2500 sq. ft. custom home just 200 ft. from Lake Tahoe, with Lake and Mountain views from WALL TO WALL in the 2nd floor and the two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Our home is perfect for groups of couples, families, extended families, or 2 families traveling together. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master Suites, both families have plenty of space.

Located on flat property, just steps from the beach and across the street from Reagan Park on the California side of South Lake Tahoe, our family-friendly home has something for everyone, for all seasons. Our home also includes a rooftop deck, large enough for entertaining or simply relaxing and taking in the breathtaking Lake and Mountain Views.

MASTER SUITE 1
After a long day on the lake or the slopes, unwind in the King Size log bed while watching Satellite TV on the Flat Screen in our first Master Bedroom. Relax on top of our 400-thread-count Egyptian Cotton Sheets, under the ceiling fan hanging from our cedar ceiling.

In the Connecting Bathroom, you can take a relaxing shower with 6 Shower Heads including 4 Body Jets, step out onto our Heated Floor, and dry off with our Egyptian Cotton plush towels. The Master Bathroom also offers honed rock tile countertops, vessel sinks, jetted spa tub, makeup mirror & hair dryer.

MASTER SUITE 2
Our second Master Bedroom has maximum privacy as the only room on the 3rd level. This bedroom includes a Queen Size log bed, 400-thread-count Egyptian Cotton Sheets, ceiling fan and recessed lighting, in addition to the Connecting Bathroom, which has a pedestal sink, shower, travertine tile, hair dryer, and Egyptian Cotton Towels.

BEDROOM 3
The 3rd bedroom of the house, located on the 1st level of the home, has a Full Size Bunk Bed, accommodating 2 adults or up to 3 children. This bedroom has Lake Tahoe views and shares a full bath with the 4th bedroom. It is located just off our second living area with futon, rocking chair, Flat Screen TV, Satellite, and PlayStation 2 Video Game System with games.

BEDROOM 4
The 4th bedroom, with views of Lake Tahoe, is equipped with a Queen Size oak bed, down comforter, and 400-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets. This bedroom, located on the lower level of the home, shares the full bath with the 3rd bedroom. The 1st level also houses the 2nd living area and laundry room with washer and dryer.

LIVING AREA
Our luxurious home features a wonderful floor plan designed by one of Lake Tahoe’s premier builders. The kitchen, dining, and living area all open to one another, making the layout perfect for entertaining or just gathering. Watch over 50 channels of High Definition Satellite TV (including HBO) on our 50” Flat Screen TV from the comfort of our Hudson Bay Leather Couch, love seat or chair with ottoman, or warm up in front of our floor-to-ceiling stone Natural Gas Fireplace.

Take in the beautiful lake views from Every Window while listening to music on our Surround Sound Stereo System throughout the living area. The living room also features a unique Copper Ceiling with ceiling fan and recessed lighting. We also offer board games and cards for downtime, unlimited local calls on our landline, and Wireless Internet. The 2nd level also has a stacked washer and dryer, and you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer on the 1st floor too.

DINING AREA
Our walnut-finish counter-height dining table, which comfortably seats 8, is located right off the kitchen and living area and just steps from our Balcony. We also have 3 additional barstools available at the kitchen counter to accommodate all guests. The knotless Cedar Ceiling over the dining area includes a wrought iron Chandelier and recessed lighting.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Built in 2006, the exterior of our home has a modern design with a homey feel in quintessential Lake Tahoe architecture. Relax on the Balcony off of the Dining Area or cook dinner on the Gas BBQ Grill on our Rooftop Deck. The large deck is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The home has a 2-car garage and parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway.

LOCATION INFO
The home is situated just steps from the beach of beautiful Lake Tahoe, across the street from Reagan Park, and 5 min to Heavenly Ski Resort, making it an ideal year-round location. Although there are plenty of nearby eateries that you can walk or bike to, we recommend renting a car during your stay. Reagan Park and the beach, just across the street, offer plenty of activities for adults and the kids, including volleyball, play areas, and swimming.

During the winter, Reagan Park also has a perfect hill for sledding or just playing in the snow. Tahoe is also known for its casinos, of which you can find 5 in S. Lake Tahoe: MontBleu, Harrah’s, Harveys, Horizon, and The Lakeside Inn. Other activities include golfing, rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, ballooning, and of course skiing and snowboarding.

We are just 5 min from Lake Tahoe Airport or about 1 hour from Reno Airport. If you plan to drive, we are 4 hrs from San Jose, 3 hrs from San Francisco, 2 hrs from Sacramento, 1.5 hrs from Reno, and 45 min from Carson City.

  • What a spectacular house! From the moment we drove up we knew we had chosen wisely. The exterior of the home is absolutely gorgeous - beautiful wood and appealing architecture. We were even more impressed when we climbed the stairs to the main floor. The decorative detail is extraordinary, the kitchen is a chef's dream and the balcony overlooking the park and lake across the street is a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The bedrooms are ample and the bathrooms lovely. As for activities, we spent lots of time in the park and on the beach with our 1 1/2 year old daughter. The immediate beach is not as picturesque as the beach a 1/2 mile along but the water is nice and shallow for young children and there is a small play area in the park as well. We used both beaches throughout our stay. The supermarket is very convenient and a cruise to Emerald Bay on the Bleu Wave yacht, a trip on Heavenly's gondola or a hike on one of South Lake Tahoe's many trails are all just a short drive away. We had a fabulous time in this stunning home and will definitely return next year.

  • When we saw the pictures of this house on the website it looked wonderful. But it's even better than it looks in the pictures. The house is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, pots, pans, knives, everything. They've really done everything right with this house. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  • We looked at dozens of vacation home alternatives for a family trip to Lake Tahoe, and the location and amenities of this home seemed perfect. We chose well. This is a fabulous, beautiful home. The photos don't do the home justice...it is gorgeous! The home is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We prepared most of our meals at the house, as we felt it was easier. The location is perfect. It has incredible views of the Lake, and is right across the non-busy street from a lovely, warm, and very accessable beach and Regan Park, which my kids and grandkids loved. There were five weddings at the park while we were there, which speaks highly of the beauty of the surroundings Its location is ideal, being close to all the Tahoe activities. Take the paddle-wheel boat tour of the Lake...you'll love it! Have a huge and delicious breakfast at Heidis restaurant. We brought a ski boat, which we used at nearby Fallen Leaf Lake, and it was super. We almost had the lake to ourselves Last year, I took my family to Hawaii for a week. They all agreed that this trip was better. There were no crowds and there seemed to be more to do. The home owners were a joy to work with,and helped make our total experience outstanding. We will definitely be returning to this home in the future, and I highly recommend it for your family's memorable vacation. My family also enjoyed a large amount of nearby shopping and two different craft fairs , and I took advantage of the casinos just down the street. You will have no regrets if you stay at this home in beautiful Lake Tahoe!!

  • We just got back from this beautiful home in Tahoe. I can tell you, the pictures don't do it justice. The home is high quality in every area. It is set up wonderfully for three groups or couples. Each floor has it's own set of bedroom(s) and a private bathroom. You walk across the street and you are at a small public park that overlooks the lake. The lake is directly below. You can dock your boat here or swim. Our kids loved the lake...it was shallow for at least 100 feet and they walked and walked before it was too deep. You are a quick five minute drive to the Tahoe Queen, for night cruises, and another beach that rents water skiis, kayaks, boats, etc. There are two grocery stores near by.... I just can't say enough about this property. I hope to come back for winter skiing.

  • We had the pleasure of staying in this home the week preceding the 4th of July. We enjoyed relaxing in such a beautiful setting, it was everything the owner had expressed it would be. Since our son was being married across the street and we were arriving after three days in North Carolina the location could not have been more convenient and for the remainder of the week - shopping, casinos and of course the lake were just as convenient. We were able to see many of the fireworks going on in different locations from the rooftop deck so we did not have to fight the crowd. The home had all the amenities you could ask for, which made for a very relaxing vacation. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

  • This house is beautiful! My family stayed for 1 week and it was so awesome. There is granite counters, exquisite bathrooms, and a lovely deck to sit out and look at Lake Tahoe. The beds were some of the most comfortable away from home beds I have slept in. The house was immaculately clean and decorated exceptionally well. It's location is perfect for seeing the Tahoe sights. We hope to stay again.

  • This place has it all, great lake and mountain views, access to beach and great walking trails, walk to town, close to great hiking, water activities, ski slopes and so much more. You cannot look for greater convenience! And the home is immaculate! Beautifully appointed, new state-of-the-art appliances, luxurious beds, leather couches, killer master bath and open living/kitchen area and decking perfect for entertaining! The owner was extremely responsive to my late request (booked 1 week prior) and provided all of the information necessary to make this an outstanding experience. Thank you! I will definitely stay here again on another trip to Tahoe!
