The apartment was completely renovated in 2013 consuming and exclusive.

The 1-bedroom apartment consists of a hall, a bathroom with walk-walk-in shower, sink and toilet, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, (refrigerator, dishwashers, washing machine, electric stove) and a balcony.

The living room has a double bed (1 80m x 2. 00m), a wardrobe, a sofa bed, tasteful table with 3 chairs and a flat screen TV. All furniture is new!

Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is designed for max. 2 persons and a child.

Location: 8 minutes away by train to Nuremberg main station, there are still other transportation such as buses and trams in the immediate vicinity.
Shopping, as well as a gym (McFit) are opposite.

The Nuremberg Tiergarten is within walking distance. A popular destination is the Play Mobile Country 20km.
From the main station Nuremberg to Munich main train station is an ICE about 1 1/4 hours.

Great modern apartment in Nuremberg

Clean and modern apartment near the main avenue. The apartment was great, full of amenities you don’t always find in rental apartments; dishwasher, washing machine, and a great coffee machine. A nice grocery store 2 minutes away. Everything needed for a great week in Nuremberg. The only real negative thing is it is on a noisy and hard to sleep with windows open or enjoy the breeze during the day. Air conditioning however is great and keeps you cool when very warm. The apartment is also super modern with great working shower.

Good location with great bike access to parks and downtown.

Good bed, small kitchen but well equipped. Great blackout blinds and a nice 2nd story balcony. Traffic noise is high with Windows open, but quiet when closed. Two issues for us were 1) internet failures which did end up getting resolved and 2) an air conditioning condensation drain that did NOT work and required draining a pan over 30+ times during our ten day stay Owner did not seem too concerned with our inconvenience, but, to his credit, he did leave us a bottle of nice wine. He also helped us get a ten day pass at the McFit across the street by paying for it with his own personal account and letting us pay him in cash. Well beyond what we could have expected. Shower water temp should be turned up ten deg . I seems that it was set to economical mode. Overall, we really enjoyed this flat and would recommend it if climbing two flights of stairs is not a problem for you.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und top ausgestattet. Lage ist optimal. Gerne wieder.

Achtung die Klimaanlage ist kaputt

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Kaffee! Nürnberg ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt. Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern da und bekamen die Möglichkeit unsere Fahrräder im Keller unterzustellen. Es gibt viele schöne Fahrradwege in und um Nürnberg herum. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aber die Klimaanlage war kaputt und wir hatten 3 Tage und Nächte über 30 Grad. Das war sehr anstrengend, denn man musste sich entscheiden entweder Strassenlärm oder Hitze.
