This home is literally at the half way point between downtown Charleston and Sullivans Island. 8-10 minutes one way leads to Dunleavy's pub on Sullivans. 7-9 minutes the other way puts you at Magnolias Restaurant's front door, in downtown Charleston. This location is very central for those wanting a little of it all. The home is in a quiet and nice neighborhood with great access to Sullivans Island (10 minutes away), Isle of Palms and to the historic district downtown (another 10 minutes away!) Being close to the base of the Ravenel Bridge but tucked away for quiet enjoyment. It is a great way to enjoy the beaches and house a large number of people without the beach prices.
