This Perdido Grande unit is a ground floor unit! Imagine walking out from the patio down to the sandy, beach area, or walking to the pool or pier!
The complex also has a indoor hot tub/pool, fitness center and tennis court!
The unit has granite countertops, televisions in EACH room and is beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and there is a queen-size bed in one of the other bedrooms and two double beds in the third room. The sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed. The unit will comfortably sleep 8 people!
This is the perfect place whether you are planning a family vacation, weekend/week/month getaway or longer. It is the perfect water paradise.
The property faces South with a direct view of Perdido Pass Bridge and located next to Sportsman's Marina on Canal Road and only minutes away from infamous places such as the Keg, FloraBama, Live Bait & the Pink Pony Pub, as well as, numerous restaurants and shopping.

HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS--AFTER MAINTENANCE GETS FINISHED WITH IT THEN IT WILL PROBABLY BE GOOD FOR BRIEF VISITS --NOT GOOD FOR LONG TIME STAYS IF YOU NEED CLOSET SPACE FOR MULTI-FAMILIES---THE COMPLEX ON THE OTHER HAND IS GREAT--THANK YOU LAURA FOR THE OTHER ACCOMMODATIONSRecommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: This guest rented for 6 months and was upset that an owner's closet was locked. The owner had expensive rods & reels in there. The condo is very large and spacious but there is an owner's closet, as there is in most condos

We had the MOST fabulous time! The condo was spacious and beautiful and the master bedroom was luxurious. Waking up every morning to the sound of boats on the water was awesome and sitting on the pier watching the sun set every night was breath taking. It was also close enough to all the action of Orange Beach for the kids to enjoy but far enough for the peace and serenity of our "down time".
