Hobie's Hangout: Hobie Wilson's original cabin centrally located at the tip of Dowell's Peninsula on Mercer Lake.
This 3BR, 1 bath and hot outdoor shower is a wonderful retreat for a family getaway. You are sure to feel relaxed in our peaceful single level cabin on the lake with a natural sand beach. Kids big and small will enjoy wading or swimming. Rover and Fido are sure to love the warm summer water too (we've recorded 75 degrees in July!)
There is a large 40 foot dock to secure your boat or jet ski. After water sports, rinse off in the hot outdoor shower then fire up the Weber grill and eat on the deck while watching the local osprey go fishing. Better yet, throw your own line in and catch some trout or bass.
After dinner go back down to the beach and start a bonfire in the fire ring and watch the sunset over the lake and plan your activities for tomorrow...
