Our custom built two story contemporary home is located on a private cul-de-sac within a quiet community in South Bethany Beach. It's just half a mile walk to the ocean and a very easy walk or bike ride into downtown Bethany. There you have great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The house is very open with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. It definitely gives you a feeling of complete relaxation as you enter the property. The house is bright and warm. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with master bath and a beautiful king size bed (the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in). There is also a powder room on the first floor. There are three spacious bedrooms with queen size beds upstairs with beautiful beachy furniture. There is a full bath on the second floor as well.
The kitchen is bright and open with bar seating as well as a table for four. We've added a TV in the kitchen for viewing while having your morning coffee. Off of the kitchen is a beautiful screened in sun porch with rattan furniture to seat eight people. The family room is full of charming, comfortable furniture and a fireplace. A huge 52 inch plasma TV with a DVD to watch all your favorite movies or cable TV.
The entire house is painted bright white. We have two zone central air and a large laundry room with a separate entrance, close to the private outdoor shower. There is a lovely patio underneath the porch for grilling your favorite food and just hanging out. The house is great for families with children and perfect for two families to share. I've never rented this house before so it is decorated as beautifully as if I lived here myself. I'm sure any family or group of friends could make some great memories here. We were so amazed by this beautiful house we rented. Built among trees, it was so original, so welcoming that we felt like we were at home all together. It was beautifully decorated, well-maintained and very clean. The screened porch was one of our preferred place where we gather just before the supper and listen to the silence or others just relax. The boardwalk is only a few minutes away. Activities and attractions are on everyday. This place is also an hour away from Ocean city, Rehoboth beach, and even Tanger outlets where you can do your shopping tax free. It will remain in our memories. If I can go back, I would definitely choose this beautiful house. If anybody is hesitating, I would say, go for it, you will love it. Thanks.

This house was absolutely perfect. Located on a quiet dead-end street with plenty of parking space and woods in the back. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day and drove one car with all of our "stuff", so the parking pass was very helpful. Correspondence with owner was quick and easy and we would highly recommend this house to anyone. Thanks!

The property was decorated beautifully. It was very open and roomy. Restaurants and boardwalk are close by and the food was great. Having the gas grill at the house was really nice as we didn't want to eat out every night. Bethany Beach is a quiet little beach town unlike Ocean City. Very family oriented and loved the screened in porch.I actually read two books out there it's so relaxing. We were able to drive directly to the beach with the beach passes. Although we could walk if we were not bringing a boat load of stuff. Loved this house!
