Our custom built two story contemporary home is located on a private cul-de-sac within a quiet community in South Bethany Beach. It's just half a mile walk to the ocean and a very easy walk or bike ride into downtown Bethany. There you have great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The house is very open with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. It definitely gives you a feeling of complete relaxation as you enter the property. The house is bright and warm. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with master bath and a beautiful king size bed (the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in). There is also a powder room on the first floor. There are three spacious bedrooms with queen size beds upstairs with beautiful beachy furniture. There is a full bath on the second floor as well.
The kitchen is bright and open with bar seating as well as a table for four. We've added a TV in the kitchen for viewing while having your morning coffee. Off of the kitchen is a beautiful screened in sun porch with rattan furniture to seat eight people. The family room is full of charming, comfortable furniture and a fireplace. A huge 52 inch plasma TV with a DVD to watch all your favorite movies or cable TV.
The entire house is painted bright white. We have two zone central air and a large laundry room with a separate entrance, close to the private outdoor shower. There is a lovely patio underneath the porch for grilling your favorite food and just hanging out. The house is great for families with children and perfect for two families to share. I've never rented this house before so it is decorated as beautifully as if I lived here myself. I'm sure any family or group of friends could make some great memories here.
