Welcome to our very exclusive accommodation: within the walls of the medieval city of Assisi, just a few steps from Piazza del Comune, in the road that joins this famous central piazza to the Basilica of Saint Francis.
From its own distinct and antique entrance, the stairs lead you directly inside the apartment (90 mts sq), which is all on one level, on the second floor.
Our top of the stairs opens upon a large and luminous space, furnished with tasteful attention to aesthetic detail, the richness of antiquity is harmonized with more essential, contemporary design to create a pleasant, warm, relaxing atmosphere.
In this large area, where all the windows and an antique terrace look out onto San Paolo, we have a welcoming and capacious lounge and living room with marble floor, TV, a sofa, a futon, a dining area and a kitchenette corner.
The bedroom, which is accessed from the entrance, has a double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and changing room. The bathroom with shower, is preceded by an ante-bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
A WiFi Internet USB Key connection is available.
Many excursions in Umbria can be organized on request.

Why the Owner Chose Assisi
This wonderful apartment was bought and fully restored by my uncle Fernando 20 years ago. At his death my dear aunt Rina, who lives in Milan, gave it to me since she knew how deeply I loved it. I keep it as a precious shelter and I spend there some relaxing time on my own.

This apt. was perfect for me & all appliances were brand new. The location was literally a few hundred feet from most of the historical attractions in the center of Assisi & perfect for touring Umbria. The owners were gracious, wonderful and really felt more like family than landlords. Only downside was a lot of construction on both sides of the apt, and across the street from the apt. Noise from early morning to late afternoon. But, if your willing to understand that an earthquake was in this region several years ago & most of the construction is to rebuild, then it really has a charm instead of being annoying. Trust me, the overwhelming beauty of Assisi helps you to forget all about the noise. I would definitely recommend this apt.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers.
