Completely remodeled from top to bottom twin cabin! Cabin offers three bedrooms and two baths on three levels. Incredible view of 1920 acre Big Chetac Lake from a private deck. Large yard with a fire pit for late night campfires. Quality beds, bedding and furniture along with a well supplied kitchen.
Lake Chetac flows south from Edgewater to Birch Lake with 2,299 combined acres of northern, walleye, bass and panfish waters. Maximum depth is 28' and averages 12-18'. Motor trolling is permitted. Chetac spreads out into bays favored by bass and other predator fish. Weed beds provide cover for large schools of panfish, always a favorite in the frying pan.
Chetac still maintains a northern ambiance, with a feeling of un-crowded freedom.
Biking and hiking the ATV & snowmobile trails are popular sports in the Birchwood Area. The Tuscobia Trail is the main off road trail. running for about 65 miles, it is well marked and easily accessible.
Birchwood is conveniently located between Rice Lake, Spooner and Hayward. All areas offer lots of activities for all seasons.
