Boating, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming, and sunning make this the perfect get away for families in the summer.
Nearby Sonora and Murphy have wonderful restaurants, shops and wine tasting. There is also a Cinema 10 movie theater in Sonora.
Enjoy playing pool or watching a movie on the big screen TV in the great room, or relax and unwind in the hot tub.
For winter vacationing, this house is just 45 minutes to an hour from Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley. Both resorts are very family oriented and reasonably priced. Equipment and lessons are available for skiing and snowboarding, and the runs are groomed for all skill levels.
Cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding are also available in the foothills nearby. Ice skating is available in Long Barn, a short 35 minutes away.
Enjoy the snow and then come back and warm up by the fire, sipping on hot chocolate, or enjoy soaking in the hot tub.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Normal rates are $425.00/night for a minimum 3 night visit.
After 10/15/10 the rate will drop to 375.00 until 4/15/11.
After 4/15/11, the rate will return to $425.00 for a minimum of
3 nights until the following 10/15/11. Security deposit is
$750.00. Occupancy tax is 6%, cleaning is $135, and boat and
trailer stickers are $20 for each boat up to two trailers. DMV registration
copies mandatory.

We have been vacationing at Lake Tulloch as a family for almost 30 years. Once our family started to grow it made sense to own a home at our favorite lake.

This is an amazing home! We had such a great time that we've already decided to come back again next year. This was our first trip to Lake Tulloch, but it certainly won't be our last. From the parking out front, to the great-room and decks, this house is perfect for any size group. The kitchen is huge and has a large island and seating area. It's so well stocked that we felt like we were cooking in our home. And we can't forget about catching sunsets sitting in the hot tub, what a perfect way to end the day. Speaking of the lake, their dock is big enough to fit a boat plus a few other toys. The launch ramp is conveniently located is just three houses down and is seldom busy. The house is set back in this little cove which is perfect for swimming and floating. If you're looking for that perfect lake house just a few hours from the bay area, this is the place! I promise you won't be disappointed, we give it an A++
