Anything you want to do anywhere you want to go is at your fingertips.Its a weekly sublet, 4 weeks tops. The regular rate is $175 daily and $1250 weekly. Available up until March. Instead of a boring expensive hotel room, relax and stay in the comforts of home in a great very central Manhattan Flatiron location. This building has an elevator, its a studio with a King sized bed & a second level mezzanine sleeping area with 2 beds, and a very comfy pull out couch. Full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, cable TV and internet access for your computer, available for up to 3 people at a time. For 4-5 people its an extra $200 dollars.
****FROM OCT 10TH - OCT 20TH THIS APT WILL BE REDUCED TO $150 PER NIGHT & $1050 FOR A WEEK LONG STAY****
