Our newly renovated and remodeled condo is perfect for that beach getaway! Gulf Shores was voted #3 Best Beach and #4 Best Family Destination by Southern Living Readers in January 2009. Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated, vacation community offering over 4000 feet of private, white beach frontage, sand dunes and beautiful landscaping. Special activities available for winter guests.

In addition to the beautiful sugar white beaches and sparkling blue gulf, there are 7 swimming pools (one indoor), 7 lighted tennis courts. volleyball, putting green, shuffleboard, basketball courts, horseshoes -- everything you could possibly want on your beach vacation EXCEPT the crowds! At our condo you are close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shopping and entertainmentof Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but away from the overdeveloped complexes of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. If you want to rest and relax, this is the place!
If you love golf, nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course is just next door - located adjacent to Plantation and within easy walking distance of our condo.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was recently renovated and remodeled with new tile, carpeting, doors, cabinets, and granite countertops. Our unit is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Condo also has three TVs (1 flat screen HD) with cable and DVD players. The master bath has a tiled, walk-in shower with bench seat. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the living room has a sofa sleeper - so six can sleep comfortably. Linens, dishes, and all kitchen utensils are provided. Free wireless high speed internet is available in the unit and around the complex.
Get your Starbucks coffee at Connections- a wireless hot spot that offers pizza, sandwiches, ice cream, iced daiquiris, wine, beer, mixed drinks and much more! Beach wear, souvenirs, some grocery items, and ice are also available.

my family including a 3 year old son stayed for a week.. let me just tell you could have stayed 2. relaxing, lovely, close to everything!! sandy was so easy to deal with and ask questions. we did lots of exciting things on our visit and it was nice ot be able to come back and relax in a comfortable place and truly had everything from home! hope to see you again next year :) .

Sandy and Andy were great to work with. If you are looking for a wonderful place to go with your family, this is the place. I would highly recommend renting from Sandy and Andy. They are all about customer service and taking care of your needs during your stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the beach was amazing. You will not find a better value than this condo. This truly was a unique vacation for our family and we will be going back next year. I can't wait to head back. Again, thanks Sandy and Andy for workikng with us and being the BEST leasors and having one of the best properties on site.

If you are looking some R&R this is where you need to be. This place is beautiful. The condo is so comfortable, and there is so much to do! The pools are so nice and right at the beach!!! WOW! Our family had a blast and would do it again! Thanks
