About our home:
This impeccably restored 1908 Edwardian two bedroom one and a half bath flat is located within a short walk to the heart of Noe Valley, San Francisco. The property features modern contemporary furnishings and decor, high-end appliances, home theater system, recessed lighting and dimmers throughout. The home has WiFi and is also wired for sound including speakers located in the Living room, Master Bath, Kitchen, Dining Room, and on the private deck.
Art:
The owners are artists and we like to support the local San Francisco art scene. We are using our house to display some of our favorite local artists work. The pieces are not only for enjoying while you are in San Francisco as they are listed in our book along with prices and the artists contact information. We hope to have other artists work showcased in the coming months.
Misc:
The property includes bi-monthly maid service and local phone service. Location is within close proximity to 24th Street to its many wonderful restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, grocery stores, and locally owned boutiques. You are also adjacent to Muni Bus lines and close to Muni train. This provides easy access to Downtown, the Financial District, South of Market and the Cal Train Station.
Living Room:
The Living room is accented by three large bay windows with sunny exposure, custom built-in bookshelves and cabinets, and a gas fireplace. The tricked out home theater system will make you happy to stay at home with a "theater like" experience. It includes expanded cable HDTV service with digital video recorder / CD / DVD / Xbox and games / 5.1 Surround / 1080 high definition flat panel TV. A mini jack is supplied for easy plug-n-play for iPhone, Ipod, mobile listening device etc.
Kitchen:
The kitchen will make you want to cook. It has full granite counters, ample cabinet space, stainless steel appliances including professional Thermador 6 burner / grill cook-top, convection oven, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. Refrigerator / Freezer includes "in door" auto ice-maker and filtered drinking water. From the kitchen there are views into the backyard and even Mt. Diablo on a clear day.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom showcases custom molding and period detail. It has a Queen bed, a large closet and French doors that open to a private deck and access to the backyard. Second bedroom has a queen bed accented by small zen garden.
Bathrooms:
Master bath is a full bath with high-end shower system including single dial temp control, rain shower with body jets, heated floor, jet massage whirlpool tub, bamboo plant accents. The second 1/2 bath is located in the back of the home.
Dining Room:
The formal dining room, including sitting area, is very sunny with lots of windows and is located in the back of the flat, adjacent to the garden. It has modern table that sits 4-6 people comfortably. From the dining room there are sliding glass doors that open onto the private deck.
Deck:
The deck area has a table and chairs for your use. When the weather is nice this is one of the best places to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Laundry:
In-suite laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board is also provided for use.
