Holiday weeks: $800/week with 7th night free
$100 damage deposit. If no damage when you leave, all deposits
will be refunded within one week of you leaving.
Spring Break Rate $100/night and $100/night damage deposit.
Winter rates are $700/month with a $250 damage deposit.
