  • I enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in this apartment in Oct,09. It is in an ideal position to reach all areas of San Francisco with the MUNI passing the front door every 10 minutes. Fillmore Street is a short walk to the food market, a laundromat and interesting shops. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. It is at the back of the building so is very quiet. It is excellent for any who have mobility issues with only 2 small steps to negotiate from the road. The owner is extremely helpful answering all questions promptly before my arrival as well as during my stay.

  • Stayed here in May w/ friends. Excellent location, spacious accommodations and attentive owner. Would definitely recommend. Only "surprise" was the very narrow entryway but maybe this is par for the course for SF garden apartments.

  • This rental was outstanding! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the owner was incredibly accomodating. The building is in a fantastic area, located a stones throw from the Alta Plaza Park and the business district of Pacific Heights. I would highly recommend this rental.
