We are nestled in a quiet part of Shipyard Plantation.
This condominium is an upstairs, end-unit with additional windows and skylights, sliding glass door to the deck, making it very light and bright with an open floor plan. We are a NON-smoking and NON-pet unit, so please honor our request since other visitors will be effected.
We have an on-site pool and a hot tub for Colonnade tenants. We have just remodeled our Main room, second bedroom and second bathroom.
