The house is nicely furnished with all new furniture. The main level of the home has a large kitchen with a dining area, a living room with cathedral ceilings, sunroom, master bedroom and a bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows provide a look out to lake.
On the upper level of the home are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Newly finished, lower level includes a family room with ping-pong table, 3rd full bathroom and water filtration system. The home has a hot tub on the lakeside patio. TV w/ cable, DVD player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A/C, gas grill. The dock has a covered slip with a hoist (24' boat max.), a floating dock, electricity and lights. One minute from Mitchell's Marina and Marina Cafe.

Smith Mountain Lake is something of a secret, a mountain jewel. It offers beautiful scenery mixed with the tranquility of water. SML is a large lake, over 22,500 acres in size, with 500 miles of shoreline. Being a man-made lake SML has many fingers and coves, perfect for watersports and fishing. Restaurants and local attractions offer many activities including sailing, camping, golf, wine festivals, and an annual national Bassmasters tournament event.
