FOR 300 BUCKS A NIGHT THE UNIT OUGHTA HAVE A BIG PLASMA TV!!! So we got one : )
Our washer and dryer back in Louisiana started running slow and we needed new ones for our home. So we took the old ones and dumped them on a dirt road in the country and bought new ones. Oh, and we got new ones for the beach too. We have new ones and you will too when you are in our condo. (Other owners put their old appliances in 'the condo.' We don't.!)
Our second home has all the things you need to be comfortable on your vacation. Lots of blankets and pillows, and stainless steel appliances. We have a stainless icemaker in the wet bar and a stackable full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have all tile floors with a couple of rugs that we get cleaned a couple of times a year. Of course, Seachase is famous for the huge master baths with double vanities and a garden tub with separate shower.
We have two king-size beds and a queen sleeper sofa that sits well for watching TV. Our unit is in the East Tower, which is larger than the 2 bedroom units in the West or Center Towers. We have comfortable balcony furniture, including a chaise lounger. We also have handicapped toilets in both bathrooms. We stocked our condo with a toaster oven, George Foreman Grill, Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, Waffle Iron and Blender......gumbo pot. If we don't have it, you don't need it. Let us know if you think we need to add another appliance.
We put Blue Ray DVD players in both bedrooms and the living room. We have a stereo system with Ipod docking station. Best of all is the 50' Plasma in the living room. Oh, and each bedroom has a 32 inch LCD on the wall. We are there quite often and can't live without internet, so bring your laptop, we have free wireless internet. The dining room table chairs are very comfortable and our patio furniture was the best deal we ever made at Sam's; great table and the chairs are big and comfortable.
TV CABLE is through the Association so all units have HBO.
The old Delchamp's that became a Bruno's and then was empty is now a WalMarket Market. How cool is that? We already had a great location and now WALMART.
If you've been to Seachase, then skip this paragraph because you already know it is awesome. Seachase finished renovating in 2008 and the place is really awesome. If you have not seen the new pools, you are missing out, and the new indoor pool is fantastic. The weight room, sauna, indoor pool and beach area all require an access pass so you know you are among only guests and owners. The new outdoor pools include an infinity pool and a zero entry pool. The new water fountain splash pad is great for kids and there is a kid's pool with a mushroom water fountain.
The weight room has brand new fitness equipment, including an elliptical, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, 2 TV's as well as weight machines. You will love Seachase as much as we do.
80 SQUARE FEET EXTRA:
When I was a Las Vegas Craps Dealer they used to say 'not having to wear a tie is worth 5 bucks a day.' Well we are in Seachase East, the newest building with the biggest units. Our two (2) bedroom is 80 square feet bigger (1420) than the two (2) bedrooms in the Center and West towers. 80 feels like 200 when you are there. Like a six (6) foot tall basketball player who 'plays' 6'6'. Most other complexes have three (3) bedrooms that are smaller than our two bedroom. It's the luxury. Seachase was built with an eye toward luxury.
FOR BABIES:
By the way, we have 2 Graco Pack-n-Plays in the closet in case you bring an infant or toddler (like us). Just bring your pack-n-play sheets.
FOR GRANDPARENTS:
We have a sturdy white plastic waterproof chair in the master closet and another in the guest closet. We find a number of uses for them whether you have a card game, sit to apply your makeup or sit in the tub or shower. We have handicapped toilets because they are better and handheld showerheads because they are better. We have a gumbo pot because we like gumbo : ).
GEORGE FOREMAN:
We bought a George Foreman grill back home because we love Georgie. It sat in our cabinet for years. We brought it to the beach because you can't eat the The Hangout every night. We liked using it so much we bought another for back home. : )
TV:
Let's face it, nothing matters but our big TV. We like our TV's big and loud. The View, Oprah, Golf, SEC Football, Fox News, it's all better on a big TV. You love us for our TV and that's okay, we'll leave the gumbo pot anyway.
OWNERS:
You can tell by our write up that we are really owners who go to the beach and use the place. No fancy realtor language here ('fixer upper' 'handyman's dream' 'fully appointed kitchen'). What does that mean anyway, fully-appointed? Here's what I know: We go there and we like waffles, gumbo, burgers, daiquiris, etc. So we have the stuff to make those in the condo. No appointment necessary. : )
Seachase recently raised their rates. We are still knocking 10% off on peak season.
Do you remember when Ebay was still a guy selling his old guitar to make a few bucks? Now it is all store fronts for retail merchants. Well, that is quickly happening to VRBO. But, you are still in early and we have only one condo and we really own it. Half of the Seachase VRBO's are really management companies posting on VRBO. It kind of defeats the purpose of bringing owners together with guests. I really own it and I can really make you a deal.

My husband & I stayed here with another couple. This condo unit was perfect. There was nothing we could have thought of that we needed that was not already furnished. The furniture was comfortable, the room sizes were really good. The Seachase facility was extremely clean as was this condo unit. The owner, Mr. Trahan, is accommodating with his quick responses to questions or emails. We have stayed at several different condos in the past but this one is the best. We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+.

The new kitchen in the condo is awesome!! The cabinets are spacious and they have everything you need to make a great meal. The granite countertops add a nice touch and we enjoyed cooking. The view from the balcony is wonderful and you can hear the waves crashing and see people walking down below. It was not warm when we were there so we enjoyed the large condo and not feeling cramped if we needed to be inside. The owners are very helpful if you ever need assistance with anything.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Excellant condo. Very well furnished and great location, close to shopping, and restaurants. We have stayed at Seachase before and this is one of the nicest condo's that we have rented. Will rent it again if it is available.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Condo was very nicely decorated, just enough of a beach decor without being too much. It had just about anything you would need. Our grandson enjoyed all the water features of the condo. Our only regret was that we had to leave for two nights after one night at the condo due to hurricane Issac. The owner graciously called us to advise of the mandatory evacuation and to inform us he would credit us for any nights we missed at the condo. He did this promptly as well as refunding our deposit in a timely manner. Mr. Trahan was very easy to deal with in all transactions. I would definitely rent this condo again. Two kingsize beds & two bathrooms with relative privacy are hard to find!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was a great place to stay during our vacation. Great location in the city, off the ground but not too high and we saw Dolphins from the balcony, swimming along the shore about 80' out. The unit was spacious and clean. I would highly recomendRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Chris was great to work with, always just a phone call away & very helpful. The condo is every bit as nice as you see it here on line. No surprises! The atmosphere was comfortable & casual. You felt like you could relax & feel at home. We loved the beachy decor it was bright and cheerful. We had great weather high 80's cool breeze lots of sunshine and not a drop of rain. We had so many restaurants to choose from we ran out of time to get to all of them. We always enjoy Grazie's. We had a great steak at Cotton's. Loved the food and the view at Island Pancake House. You can't go to the beach without making a trip to LuLus, It's always fun and you got to have a" cheeseburger in paradise"! We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The view is great we watched a few sunrises and almost every sunset from there. We also spent alot of time relaxing by the pool and we met some really nice people there. Everyone was so friendly. I would certainly recommend this condo to friends & family. The condo is in a very convenient area with grocery stores across the street and you can find anything you need at Walmart! Right? All in all it was a great trip,fun, relaxing & we can't wait to go back.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been going to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area for over ten years and this was by far my favorite place to stay, absolutely wonderful family atmosphere. Myself, my husband, my three year old daughter, and my parents really enjoyed our vacation. Room was great. My daughter loved the splash pad and zero entry pool. Perfect for little ones. Renter was great at giving all needed information and staying in touch all the way up until the time we left for vacation. Would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Additional information about rental rates
We always have a 3 night minimum. Summer has a 7 night required stay. 99% of our business is conducted over a secure payment site via credit card.
Typically, your quote and your contract include a breakdown of the rent, discount, cleaning fee and tax. There are no fees for parking. Upon reading the contract, you are required to place a $300 refundable deposit to complete your reservation. You pay 1/2 the rent at 60 days prior to arrival and 1/2 at 30 days prior to arrival. You receive instructions for check-in 7 to 10 days prior to stay.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
11% Tax, $90 Cleaning Fee, No Fee for Parking. Our rates are based on rates set the mgt company at Seachase. However, we regularly knock 10% off their published rates as an incentive for you to book with us. Summer rate is $355.00/nt with your 7th nt free. Spring Break rate is $355.00/nt with your 7th nt free. 2013 Spring Break is from Mar 9 to Apr 7. Deposit refunded within 14 days of stay.

About the owner: We are a family with three small children and this is our vacation home. We actually only wanted two children....but that's a long story. Anyway, we live in Louisiana and go to the condo as much as we can. When we are there, the kids swim, Dad changes burnt lightbulbs and Mom cleans behind the sofa. We do our best to keep up the condo when we are there. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, or more.
Why the Owner Chose SeaChase:
We bought our condo at Seachase because we stayed there with our families for 20 years as renters and loved every minute. Buying a condo at Seachase was a dream for us. We think Seachase is the very best that Orange Beach has to offer. Orange Beach has beautiful beaches and water but also it is very family oriented. We don't get a lot of Spring Breakers in Orange Beach. OrangeBeach has nice restaurants, lots of entertainment, golf, lots of kid activities and just lots of reasons to choose this destination for your family vacation.
