Spanish townhouse full of original charm and character!
Two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. There is spacious living accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and dining area with fireplace and wood burner. A comfortable sitting area and downstairs bedroom and shower-room. The living accommodation opens out onto a secluded patio with small pond and plunge pool, with flower borders. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling down and relaxing! From the landing there is a large well-appointed bathroom, doors leading to a large sun terrace, two further bedrooms, one also having direct access to the sun-terrace.
The locals of Jimena still live the Spanish way of life. The village has many restaurants and tapas bars, small shops and a supermarket. There are pharmacies, a Tourist Information Center and an historic castle dating back to Roman/Moorish times.
Jimena is at the gateway of Alcornocales National Park famous for its cork tree forest and animal/bird watching. There are Roman ruins and one of the best windsurfing beaches in the world at Tarifa, 90 mins away. There are also many surrounding towns with historic sites, such as Ronda, 90 mins. The nearest beach is 25 mins at Sotogrande.
Gibraltar airport 40 mins. Malaga 90 mins.
