This home is quite special and unique. It floats on the river and has acres of land to walk and explore. It is a newer two story home with modern kitchen and appliances. The spiral staircase wraps around an real tree, and the master bath includes a large claw foot tub.

It is comfortably furnished with gorgeous views of the river. Relax on the deck, go for a swim. A water trampoline is also included. Bring your boat. There is easy river acces and mooring available.

A newly landscaped yard, BBQ, and patio furniture invite you to eat outdoors. Property is owner maintained as a small hobby farm complete with gardens, chickens and horses. Guests are welcome to collect eggs, but sorry, horses are not available for riding.

The small town of Harrison is a fun, and charming to be. It is located on the trailhead of 'The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes' bike tail, and is a popular destinaton point for cyclists, boaters, and tourists. It boasts a marina, public swimming area, a beautful art gallery and the best fudge and ice cream shop around! Harrison is centrally located to scenic touring. This is a beautiful spot of paradise to get away, relax, and recreate.
