Why the Owner Chose Portofino
We now live full time in Palm Bay, Florida, which is south of the "frost" line :) We love Florida and the pristine water, white sandy beaches and the many fun things to do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the comfort and luxurious lifestyle of our condo and the property at Portofino. We feel as if we are far away on a Polynesian Island. Our unit is furnished in a Polynesian style that is very exotic. We have many, many upgrades. We have granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. We have terracotta tile back splash in the kitchen and bathrooms. We have a surround sound stereo system that plays in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and Den. It is a great place to go in the fall and winter to watch football games with surround sound. We have also stocked our condo with extra kitchen ware and utensils such as wine cooler, serving dishes for hors d'oeuvre's, various bar equipment, martini and champagne glassware. Our deck overlooks the main swimming pool, the gym and the outside tiki bar, as well as the pier where the ferry and other boats dock. It is very nice to sit out on the deck in the afternoons and listen to the band playing down at the bandstand. while looking out over the BAY AND THE BEACH. The condo faces east, so that you have a shade in the afternoons. Very, Very Pleasant Time to have fun, relax, reflex and to get away from the daily routines and stress of life. No STRESS AT 4 902!

Rick and Mary Kimbrough - We work together for Aflac. Rick is a 30 year veteran with Aflac as a Regional Sales Coordinator. We are originally from Jackson MS and bought our first condo on Pensacola Beach in 1993. We love Pensacola Beach and the entire panhandle area. For all you "Ole Miss" fans, Rick played football there in 1973, 74 & 75 as a wide receiver/flanker #35. We have three sons, Terry, Gary and Cole and one daughter, Jacquelyn.
