An exquisite Ethan Allen furnished Oceanfront home located in prestigious Harvey Cedars, Long Beach Island between North Beach and Loveladies. There is 90 foot of oceanfront on a lovely sandy beach which is far less crowded than all beaches located on the south end of the island.
The home is a two story construction, including a loft and a large backyard with a basketball area. The loft seems to be a favorite place for children. The toys left behind will spark the interest of little ones; kites, sand castles and stuffed animals, etc.
There are four sets of outside furniture placed throughout and a hot tub overlooking the ocean on the second deck. Two of the decks are equipped with awnings, which are a pleasure to have on hot sunny days.
The home is equipped with fine French linens. A stocked wine cooler is conveniently located in the upstairs kitchen. A Margaritaville machine, mixers, fine crystal glasses and premium kitchenware are left for your enjoyment.
Both floors are equipped with sub zero refrigerators/freezers, new kitchen cabinets and sinks. The upstairs kitchen has a new Viking oven.
Master bedroom has its own private balcony, full bathroom and a walk in closet.
The property is located walking distance from an ice cream store, a convenient market for all your food needs, and a large restaurant. Downtown Harvey Cedars has a variety of stores for shopping and entertainment.
