Amazing, four-bedroom, two and one-half bath house on Lake Hartwell, just 15 minutes from Toccoa. This lake retreat features heart pine floors, stacked stone fireplaces, and beautiful wide-open views of the lake and mountains. Enjoy the views of the lake from either deck or read a book on the stone patio.

The lower deck features a massive stone fireplace, perfect for marshmallow roasts and fireside dining after a day spent on the water. The covered dock features a 28-foot slip. House is wired for music both indoors and out. Downstairs, enjoy a movie with surround sound or shoot a game of pool.

Two queens, a double, and bunk room with three sets of bunks and a pull-out sofa. Perfect for multiple families, family reunions, or just a few couples who want the best that Lake Hartwell has to offer. Larger crowds? Ask about the companion house next door. Small pets are always welcome with prior approval.
