This house is AMAZING... From the layout and size of the house to the incredible pool and beach with stairs that go right into the ocean. The ocean is more like an extension of the pool w/ warm crystal clear waters. The views are breathtaking! The pictures don't begin to do this house justice. The house is incredibly spacious, and well appointed. I can't say enough about this house and Peter and Sally from SeaFeathers. Whatever we needed during our rental process and our stay they were available! Peter gave some wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. We have stayed in many villas throughout the Caribbrean and Villa deLigera is as good as it gets.

Faboulous villa and great for families with small children. We have been coming to TCI for 10 years and have stayed at many villas through out the island and this was by far our favorite. Pictures don't do this justice as there is a wow factor as you walk through the front door. We had 4 children under 7 and the pool, private beach and access to the ocean which was never above our waist was perfect for this age set. The kids watched movies at night in the movie theater while adults enjoyed dinner and cocktails outside. So much for the kids to do right at your door step...they even saw turtles and starfish out on the beach next door which was a hop down a few steps. In addition, there is turtle lake out the back door and for avid fisherman (which my husband is), he was there twice daily catching or trying to catch the elusive bonefish. I would recommend this time and time again and Peter was fantastic in ensure our needs were met and that the villa was in pristine conditions. We will be back again next year!

In addition to a wonderful property to stay for a week of relaxation and paradise, we chose Villa de Ligera for our wedding venue and had an intimate family wedding and reception. The home was spectacular and absolutely perfect for our needs. Peter and Sally were so helpful and gracious in all apects -- we could not have had the wonderful time without them. Peter was always available thru out the week, providing airport transfers, arranging car rental, even providing great recommendations for wedding vendors. Leading up to our stay, he and Sally were prompt in all communications and upmost professional. The home was stunning and beyond our wildest dreams. We can only hope to return and can not put into words how positive our experience was. Villa de Ligera is a MUST if you prefer your own private beach, amazing access to beautiful water and sand, total serenity, complete privacy and a get away from the crowds of a resort or neighbors surrounding (like in other villa rentals), brilliant accomodations such as a theatre, treadmill, and tastefully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Counting the days till we can return!!

My wife and just returned from our wedding and honeymoon trip to Provo. We spent five months searching through hundred of villas all over the Caribbean. After much effort we chose Villa de Ligera which made every hour spent worth it. We chose this home for its location right next to a very private small beach and we thought the area at the back of the house would serve as a perfect place to host our small, family only wedding ceremony. Our exhausted efforts turned out to be well worth it! The villa is absolutely amazing with great views and privacy. In addition to this villa of beauty you get the exceptional service of Peter. He met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. Peter was just a phone call away and more than happy to help us with any needs around the house during our stay. He also was there to assist in any island questions and made great suggestions for food and adventures. Peter even showed up the morning of the wedding and saw my fiance moving lounge chairs around on the pool deck to accomodate our wedding. He was quick to move in and help. We originally thought this would be a trip of a life time but after seeing how beautiful the home was, how great the service is, and how amazing the island is we are already figuring out how to return for our one year anniversary. If you are looking for a villa in a quiet residential part of the island this home is perfect. If you are looking for outstanding service which is rarely found these days you have found the right villa. If you are considering this home for a wedding look no further!

Thanks to Peter and Sally for a wonderful vacation. The web site does not do justice to the actual experience. The view is breathtaking and the house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos portray. Additionally, the service provided by Peter was excellent. We called him on several occasions for recommendations on various restaurants and activities. Peter was always pleasant and helpful no matter how many times we called. While we typically do not vacation in the same spot twice because there are so many places in the world to see, Villa De Ligera may that one exception. Highly recommended!

Our Experience at Villa De Ligera was Awesome. It far exceeded our expectations! The Villa, the beach, the amenities were spectacular. I've been to Turks & Caicos 3 times and I have to say Management at Seafeather's has the best Service and Great properties for rent. I've told my friends about it and I will surely be booking with them for next year.

When we first walked into the house we were blown away. The pictures do not do this place justice...it well exceeded our expectations. The best spot in the house was the covered area right by the pool which was fantastic for sipping morning coffee as the kids played in the pool right next to us. Peter and Sally were incredible and there was a crib, highchair and monitor right there at the place waiting for us which made traveling with 2 toddlers and an infant so much easier! They even had a small blow-up pool for our infant and tons of beach and pool toys for the toddlers. I was amazed by the incredible thought and attention to detail to welcome us in such a way. I haven't gotten to the best part yet which is the beach. It was calm with perfect white sand and the fact that it was shallow very far out made it ideal for our family. We were already planning our next trip back on the first day. We will definitely be back next year! Absolutely beautiful...thanks Peter and Sally!

Villa de Ligera was an excellent home for our group of 10 - eight adults, one toddler, one baby. The photos and description do not do the property justice. The beach adjacent the property was thoroughly enjoyed by all - especially the 2-year old. Very calm waters on this side of the island which made for great swimming, kayaking, and play. When not at the beach, we spent a lot of time under the veranda and in the swimming pool. The house is well set up for large groups. Each of the bedrooms is a good size (especially the ground floor master!), the living room never felt crowded, the indoor dining table sat all of us, and the outside seating area under the veranda was great for dinner. Additionally, there is a large gas barbecue, good sized kitchen w/ all the amenities, and an ice maker. Grace Bay is a short 5-10 minute car ride away. We spent several afternoons there sunbathing and body surfing. As mentioned in other posts, Peter of Seafeathers, the management company, is a tremendous host and island guide. We would not have been able to find our way from the airport to the house with him leading the way. Once you figure out the island, driving is a cinch. Peter's recommendations for restaurants, groceries, beer/wine, and Grace Bay parking were very helpful. All amenities are easily and quickly accessible by car. Our cleaners - Mary Jane and Marie Lourdes - were polite and thorough. They even helped with getting taxis for some in the group who had to get to the airport early on the day of our departure. Stock up on water from the Gracebay IGA - you'll need a lot more than you'd expect, especially if you like a lot of blended ice drinks, as many in my party did. Also, don't forget that you can't buy beer/wine on Sunday (at least not above the table...) This place is about as close to a 10 as I can imagine and would recommend to any friends or family looking for a memorable vacation. We hope to be back again.

This was one of our best vacations. The house was excellent, clean and VERY well-maintained. The mangers of the property were the best very helpful and so nice to deal with. They meet you at the airport and you follow them to rental house. They go over how everything works. They asnswered all of our questions. So nice!!! We rented a car and explored the island from one side to other. Use Grace Bay Car Rental.... We always felt safe any were we went on the island. I would recommend this property to anyone who. This property on a scale from 1-10 is a perfect 10. We loved it so much we are going back in June. This property is good for the whole family old and young. It is the perfect layout....

Just returned from a 4 day stay at Villa De Ligera. We had a quick family vacation which included 3 generations and the house was perfect for us. The house is off the beaten path, spacious, clean and adjacent to a private beach (not technically private but most days was completely empty during our stay). Sally and Peter (property managers) are great. Peter met us at the airport, showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable about the island. Looking forward to returning soon

My husband, myself, daughter and son-in-law went to Turks and Cacois to celebrate our anniversaries. We picked Villa de Ligera because it had everything we wanted, a beautiful location on the south side of the island, centrally located for ease of shopping and other major attractions. We found the villa to be perfect, we had all the room we needed with all the conveniences of home. We loved getting up in the morning, putting on our suits and either jumping in the beautiful crystal clear ocean or maybe taking a dip in the pool. Peter, the property manager was very freindly and helpful. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is interested in enjoying the paradise that exists in Turtle Tail.

This is a beautiful home. We feel in love with the moment we saw it. We did not want to go home. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. Peter meet us at the airport to help us get our car and even took some of our luggage to the house for us. We enjoyed ever minute of your stay. The home had enough room for our group to spread out and have privacy if we wanted. The beach was GREAT. It was like we were on our own island. Would love to visit again. We plan to tell everyone if you go to the Providenciales of the Turks and Caicos, you have to stay at Villa de Ligera.
