  The people involved in the rental process were great and very helpful. The apartment itself is remodeled, modern and has a brand new furniture. At the perfect location if you want to be near all the shopping and restaurants. I will be renting it again!

  The location was excellent with several good restaurants within a short 2 block walk or less. Beach was beautiful and great opportunities for outdoor dining. Aruba for dinner and Athena for breakfast were great choices. Kilwin's for treats--unbelievably good! Unit is in a quiet location and pool area was nice. The unit's good points: bed is comfortable, furniture appears new, AC works great, TVs in living room and bedroom of good quality and cable offered a good variety (although a cable channel guide would have been a nice touch). The unit's bad points: unit clean except for bathroom floor which had an assortment of long and short black hair (neither of us have black hair). A promised re-clean never occurred however management provided a nominal credit back to us. Frequent problems with wifi....seemed to be a problem of bandwidth as early morning/late night access was less of an issue. Management stated they were unaware of the issue. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work so drying hair in the morning was interesting since no other mirror was near an outlet. Mgt. said they were unaware outlet didn't work.....could be true. The description "fully renovated" doesn't seem to apply to the bathroom and bedroom closet (hole in closet ceiling partially covered with plywood?). Need to be aware that in the bathroom, it is not a shower as the VRBO PAGE describes which some might assume is a walk-in shower....it is a tub/shower combination. Not a big problem for most but might be for those with limited mobility. We didn't use the stove, coffee maker, etc. so can't comment on those items. Space was ok for 2 people, might be cramped for 4 if spending much time in the unit. Management I dealt with we're courteous at all times.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  This is my second time staying at this condo and like the first time, it was wonderful!!! The place is very clean and well kept. The rates are very reasonable and the location is excellent. You have wonderful restaurants and the beach is 2 blocks away. The owners are very nice people and respond to any inquiry right away. The building manager Oleg is always available for anything you need. I will highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone. I stayed for week on business and will be letting all my co-workers know of this place for future travels.

  The unit was conveniently located within a short distance of the beach, and some small shops. A old time diner was also within walking distance with a very friendly staff. This particular unit is best for a single person or a couple. The owner was accomodating and quickly provided us with extra linens and towels. I would consider staying at the owners other properties which have the 2 bedroom unit.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.

  We stayed at this apartment in July while my son went to futbol camp. It is convenient to the beach, highway, stores and the beach. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this apartment. Iris

  Lovely apartment, perfectly formed and in a fantastic location! This apartment gave us a great base within walking distance of all the restaurants, shopping areas and 2 minutes from the beach. Great and helpful people to deal with. I would definitley recommend to anyone.
