Have a relaxing vacation. Bring your bathing suits, sun tan lotion, surfboard and golf clubs. Across the street from the beach, where you can enjoy one of, "The World's Most Famous Beaches." Our cozy and comfortable duplex is located on the, Ormond, Daytona Beach Line. After a day on the beach you may want to take a dip in our community pool just a walk down the street.
You’re a block away from Pirates Cove Mini-Golf course. Walking distance to many near by restaurants, both local and chains such as, Olive Garden, Bone Fish Grill, and one of my favorite local restaurants, which is located on the beach, The Beach Bucket, great burgers!
You won't be bored; our duplex is just minutes from Daytona Speedway, water parks, malls, movies, etc. If you like to golf the, LPGA International Golf Course, with two great courses and one great restaurant is only 10 miles away. Also, you might just want to take a day trip to the beautiful town of St. Augustine, or, Disney World, which is a little over an hour away.

Year Purchased: 2002
We have 3 children, next year all will be in college. Orginally from Ma., but was re-located to Georgia. We're in Georgia because my husband was tranferer here, but we missed the beach, it wasn't a day trip anymore. Steve has just retired, and I'm an event planner.
Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We have a cousin that lives in Daytona Beach, we started to visit him when we moved to Ga., fell in love with the beach, it was not like any I had ever experienced, and the area has so much to offer. After many years of visiting, we desided to buy our own place, and some day, in the near future, we plan to retire there, but for now, we offer it to you so you can experience the wonderful times that we have.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
What better then the beach!!!!! I tried to make our Ormond Beach place as comfortable as my home. We supply everything, beach chairs, beach umbrella, towel, iron + board, dishware, pots+pans, everything ,all the essentials you need for your vaction at the beach! All renters has access to the community pool and if you like to golf, the LPGA International is just 10 miles away. Come down and enjoy, and don't worry you forgotten something, it's all there!
