This is a beautiful brand-new home for rent, located in the much-desired south side of Lake Havasu, with a wonderful view of the lake. The home is set on a quiet cult-de-sac street, and features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a landscaped yard, and a washer and dryer. The huge garage is 62 feet deep, with a “drive-through” from the back; it can easy accommodate all of your toys during your stay, including a large boat plus two cars/trucks. The front patio is covered and has a bench perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing sunsets over the lake. The back patio is covered as well, and perfect for guests and get-togethers.
The kitchen opens to the family room in this home, providing a great open layout for entertaining guests, inside and outside. The furniture is new, modern (with a southwest “feel”), and comfortable; it includes a full leather sofa set with 5 recliners, a dining room set, and wonderful decorations throughout the house. Your entertainment needs are met with a 42” plasma TV with a DVD and CD player, surround sound, and high-speed internet/DSL. The kitchen features beautiful stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and a great entertainment island.
The large master bedroom features a Cal King-sized bed, a big walk-in closet, and French doors that open to the backyard patio. The fantastic master bath includes a sunken Jacuzzi-jetted tub, and a separate tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and walk-in closets as well. All linens are provided by the owner.
The 50’ x 12’ covered back patio includes a large stainless steel gas BBQ and a new 6-chair dining set, perfect for your stay in Lake Havasu.

MY RECENT WINTER STAY (2009-2010) AT THIS HOME WAS QUITE ENJOYABLE. THE HOME IS AS ADVERTISED AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES THAT ONE NEEDS. THE HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH LITTLE TRAFFIC ON THE CUL-DE-SAC. BEING FROM MINNESOTA, WE MINNESOTIANS LIKE OUR GARAGES BIG A SPACIOUS AND THIS GARAGE FACES WEST TO VIEW EVERY SUNSET. THE HOME IS WELL MAINTAINED AND THE OWNER WAS WILLING TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY TO MAKE MY STAY MORE ENJOYABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE AS I ENJOYED MY VISIT THERE.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this nearly new property for a month and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was exactly as advertised with the listing photos accurately reflecting the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained and the owner was both helpful in answering questions and accomodating to our needs. Additionally, this attractive home is located in the newer and more desirable south side of Lake Havasu City. The garage is absolutely Huge and although we did not have a boat or other toys there is more than ample storage for a tenant's needs. And the property is well elevated on a cul-de-sac with a fairly good view of the lake and sunsets from an attractive covered front porch with a pleasant bench couch as well as as a very large (approx. 10' x 50') covered patio in the rear with a great electric barbeque. This property is additionally well located to most all needs and services. Overall, we were highly pleased, would be quite interested in returning at a later date and would not hesitate to refer this property to anyone else. Furthermore, we felt it was attractively priced and a very good value for what we received.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed here numerous times last summer and just LOVED it! The house is beautiful-spacious, all new decor, big TV, big garage that easily fit our boat. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac so our boys enjoyed riding their scooters and tricycles in front of the house. Owners are really flexible. We are looking forward to lots more visits this summer.
