This is a beautiful year-round beach front home directly on the sand at the quiet and picturesque North (family) end of Manasquan near the Sea Girt border. There is nothing in front but a large deck, a beach rose garden, low dunes, and the ocean.
The large Master Bedroom is on the third floor, with a glass wall and a balcony. Lying in bed gives the feeling of being on a boat as all one sees from the bed is ocean.
The Manasquan boardwalk starts further south beyond the Sea Watch restaurant on the beach. The boardwalk winds in front of beach front homes, eating, shopping and game playing and ends at the Manasquan Inlet. Just south of Sea Watch on the sand is a children's playground. The Manasquan beach is well guarded throughout the summer season. Strollers can also go north from the house along the shore to the elegant towns of Sea Girt and Spring Lake.

- Neighborhood has many natural wildlife areas and bodies of water for walks. The town is a charming, historic, full-service town with regular train service to northern New Jersey and New York City. Town has a number of large parking areas which can be used for day and overnight parking for a single season fee. One of these is conviently located within a block of the house.
