Beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom top floor condo in San José del Cabo, right across the street from the pristine beach. The terrace in front overlooks a lovely pool with carefully tended gardens. The back terrace overlooks the Mayan Palace golf course.
The condo boasts cathedral ceilings and occupies the entire third floor with access through a private iron gate for added security and privacy.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Downtown San José with its souvenir shopping and numerous restaurants is just around the corner. Mega, a large supermarket, is just up the street. There are several luxury hotels with spas, bars and restaurants right across the street. You just can't beat this location.
The condo has two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen. Each bedroom has its own complete bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have mini-split efficient Trane air conditioning units. There are also ceiling fans throughout the condo for added comfort.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, eat-at counter, full stove with oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, garbage disposal and lots of cupboards. An excellent water purification system makes it safe to clean your fruits and vegetables. Unlike many other vacation rentals, this one offers a great environment for preparing your favorite meals and has all the tools and utensils you will ever need.
The main large room, with patio doors leading to the front terrace, includes a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a living area with a comfortable couch and la-z-boy as well as satellite TV with hundreds of channels.
The condo is fully equipped with quality linens, including beach towels. If you are looking for a comfortable, nicely decorated condo, this choice will also meet all your expectations.
