The cottage is a open layout with tile floors and carpet through the house! 4 flat screen TV 52inch in livingroom and a Bose sound systemAnd FREE WIFI for your computer needs. The loft and the two master bedrooms have tvs dvd vcr available in them.Also BRAND NEW HOT TUB. 2 min walk is one of the areas better restaurants goombays with a close walk to shopping and movie complex. The beach is conveniently located only 150 ft.in front of the cottage!
This house rents Sunday at 3pm, checkout Sunday at 11am during the season. Weekend or sort week Rentals allowed when available.

The Tsipas House was perfect for our couples retreat for my husband's 40th birthday! The house was clean and had views of the ocean from all floors. The amenties and upgrades are a nice addition! When they were not fishing, the guys enjoyed The Masters on the 55" plasma TV in the living area with surround sound system. New ceiling fans in every room kept us from having to run the air too much on this lovely weekend and enjoy the salt air! Goombay's is literally next door. So we retreated there for dinner Friday evening. One word...delicious! We did not use the hot tub, but the area was nice. Same for the pool area. New pergola, bar / mini-fridge and chairs were being painted to prep for summer. We are looking forward to returning to the house in the fall for another couples getaway!!! Can't wait. Thank you George!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

If you're wanting a worry free relaxing week, this is the place for you. George is very helpful, easy to talk to and makes renting stress free. Perfect location for shopping and sight seeing. The beach access just across the street makes for an easy trip to the beach with the kids and all of their "stuff". The house and the rooms are just as they appear in the pictures. (Thumbs up on the mattresses). November was a little chilli for the pool but the hot tub was an awesome way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. A week of memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to the Tsipas Family for allowing us to make your house "our house" for a week. :-)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this property. Beach is easily accesible. House is clean and exactly as the pictures show. We loved sittling on the upper deck for the sunrise and for star gazing. George gave clear information and we had no problems.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just got home yesterday from the best beach vacation I've had in a long time. This rental property is in a perfect location and walking distance to my favorite restaurant Goombays. The house is well maintained and very clean. Weather this time of year is wonderful, there were no crowds and no traffic. Thanks George. This is our 3rd year in a row staying at George's! We love the new pool and our 2 year old had a blast swimming! Very close to the beach and many amenities, we enjoyed the hot tub again too! We plan on going again next year! We would recommend this house to anyone with kids or teens and any beach lovers! It can't get any better than this!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
