Located in The Village @ Gruene Condominiums, this beautiful second floor condo is lovingly called "Fiesta". It is the best that New Braunfels & Gruene have to offer with spectacular views of the Guadalupe River and the entire city! Need Room for a larger group? Fiesta has a "twin" condo named "Tejas" right next door. These two condos can be connected by the patios making it a perfect place for larger families or a group of friends. Located in the quaint little town of Gruene, right inside New Braunfels, this condo is the perfect place for a family and friends getaway. During the day, enjoy rafting or floating down the Guadalupe River right outside your back door or relax in the evening while you watch the sun set over the hill country on your private patio.

The Fiesta condo was absolutely fantastic! The condo is adorable and looks just like the photos! This place was awesome for my girls getaway. We were able to easily walk to several restaurants, entertainment venues, and shops. The owner is very nice and made communicating by email very easy. If you are looking for a nice, reasonably priced, and convienient summer trip, I would highly recommend this condo!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The location was accurate as described by the owner. The photo's accurately show the rentals appearance and amenities. Mechanically the condo is sound. The condo and the surrounding area is clean and nicely maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this condo to friends and others who are interested in all the attractions available in Gruene and the New Braunfels,Tx. area. The famous Gruene dance hall and The Gristmill restaurant both great places are within walking distance. Also, other good restaurants, antique stores, gift shops, etc. are all easily walked to. The setting for the condo is next to the Guadalupe river and the sunsets are spectacular.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My friends and I stayed at this condo for a weekend and had a wonderful time. First, the photographs do not do justice to this property: the condo itself and the surrounding areas are MORE beautiful than pictured. Second, this condo is in the middle of Greune; thus, everything in town is within walking distance, including Greune Hall, the Grist Mill, the various shops, etc. Third, the condo is clean and in excellent working condition. Fourth, the condo is spacious and can easily accomodate a few couples. If you have a group of, say, 4-8 people, this is the condo to rent! I highly recommend it!
