This quality 2,000 sq. ft. villa is situated on a quiet kid-safe cul-de-sac and backs onto a conservation area. The home features a TV in the master bedroom, both family and living room in addition there is a DVD player in the living room. Bring your laptop free high speed internet service, free long distance calls in North America, bring games for PS2 that is in the house.
Located in Clermont the home is only 15 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour from both coasts. Shopping and Restaurants galore are minutes away. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius.
$2,195 a month any time of the year. Rates are in US funds 3 night minimum stay required. Week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as availability allows. Pool Heat Optional @ 25.00 per day (Recommended October-April).
Stays of less than 14 Days add $85 Cleaning Fee. Prices Do Not Include 11% Florida Sales/Hotel Tax. $150.00 Deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to stay. Cancellation Policy; Deposit Refunded up to 60 days before date of stay less $50.00 administration fee. Security Deposit of $250.00 due prior to arrival and will be returned within 14 days after departure upon inspection of the home.
