The 3 acre property offers sea views to the north and south. A 50' swimming pool with disappearing edge overlooking the sea, plus a separate baby pool add to the amenities. Fully furnished, the living room features a 35ft. cathedral ceiling and colorful paintings by local artists.
You can dine, relax or read on the shady 50' covered terrace. A large kitchen and four bedrooms, each with own bath, plus 2 outside tiled showers, make Villa Mandoo a great retreat for families of all ages.
Most of the villa is handicap accessible and small pets will be considered on an individual basis.
You can walk down to the rocky cove for a morning swim or snorkel, or a sandy beach is a 5 minute walk to the north and next door, the Windjammer Landing offers all waters ports, 4 restaurants, a spa and convenience store.

Year Purchased: 1965
Bob and Ellie both were born, went to school, and got married betweeen New York City, the Hamptons, and Connecticut, but our story really begins with Bob's father who sailed his 1948 Alden Schooner down to the Caribbean. Passing by St. Lucia, he saw the perfect spot to call home. Bob inherited his father's love of adventure and the sea and he & Ellie enjoy Villa Mandoo when it is not being usesd by guests. Our son, Brett and daughter, Cara, also visit annually with their spouses and all the grandkids. We have a blast snorkling in the cove, swimming in the pool, taking hiking trips all over the island, and of course, walking over to the Winjammer Landing Resort for Happy Hour!
Why the Owner Chose Cuti Cove
Mr. Morgan, Sr. chose to build on Couti Cove because the property sits on a saddle of land, with sea views north and south and offering an almost constant tropical breeze. A 5 to 15 minute drive will get you to most of the activities visitors would enjoy on a "daily" basis: beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, riding, kite sailing, as well as the smaller airport in Castries, George Charles. We like to take day-long excursions to visit the Pitons and some of the other nature attractions farther south, but be located in the north where more is going on. We can walk down to our cove for snorkling, over to the sandy beach across the peninsula in 5 minutes, or around the corner to the Windjammer with watersports, shops and restaurants in less that 10 minutes.

Our family recently stayed at this property and it was most excellent. The house sits on 3 acres facing southwest into the ocean, with continual beautiful views. Often, you get breezes from the north side of the island, as the house catches some of those breezes as well. The facility is clean and neat, and the housekeeper Marie Ann is perfect. She helps you with local directions and attractions, and will also cook lunches, and pre-made dinners as well. And, of course, she will do laundry. The pool is very nice and has the infinity feature...look out into the ocean with your glass of wine. Also, there is a path down to the ocean, where you can snorkle easily, with lots of coral and fish to see. Finally, there is a garden on site, so you can go to market and buy a fresh fish one afternoon, cut fresh vegetables from the garden, and enjoy a great local meal. We were thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend this vacation spot!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
