Welcome to our/your home away from home
This prime location in South Maui is located directly across from Kamaole Beach III. It sits on fifteen acres of lush manicured tropical gardens with fountains, walking paths and benches; creating a botanical garden park effect.
Also on the grounds there is a large swimming pool, a children's pool, two hot tubs, a ping-pong table, tennis courts and an exercise room.
Our condo unit is a top floor penthouse with both a magnificent ocean view and a stunning view of Mt. Haleakala. It is a corner unit with an extra window in the living room giving more light and privacy to the unit. The condo is newly renovated with no carpets making it hypo-allergenic.
There is a Cal-king bed with private bath in the loft master bedroom. Two twin beds on main floor bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a queen size futon in the living room.
There is the standard air-conditioner in the living room/loft area plus an additional air-conditioner in the twin bedroom which most other units do not have. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery further adding to the feeling of a home away from home.

Feb 1 to Feb 28: $190/nt and Dec 15 to Jan 7: $245/nt
Plus 13.42% tax. A $150 cleaning fee for less than 6 night stay.
We require 20% deposit upon making reservation; balance is due 45
days prior to stay. Cancellation policy: Fully refunded 60 days
prior to stay minus $100 admin.fee. No refund for cancellations less than
60 days prior to reserved stay.
Plus a $350 security deposit/refuned after inspection.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
My wife and first came to Maui on our honeymoon in 1976. When we finally came back on our 20th anniversary we realized how foolish we were not to have come back sooner. We now had two children who also loved Maui so we decided to look for a condo. We looked all over Kihei, both north and south and found hands down, what we knew already, that Kamaole Sands was the best place in Kihei and Kehei was where we wanted to be.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Kamaole Sands has it all but mostly it has location, location, location. It is acroos the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, It is one mile or less fron the Shops at Wailea. It is 15 minutes from the airport and/or the aquarium. And it is near some of the best restaurants on Maui.

Wonderful month in Maui

My wife, daughter, son in law and two grandchildren spent a month in Joe's Kamaole Sands condo. Unit has recently been redone with new tiles in bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is vey well equipped with appliances, glasses, pots, bowels etc. Some of our neighbours had to go and buy wine glasses for their unit. Unit is nicely painted and has many pictures to make you feel at home. Unit is at the end of building and you get a good view of the ocean and whales from the lanai. You get a good view of Haleakala from window in living room. The unit is very close to the Kam 3 beach and this beach is as good as any on island. If you want to rent a home away from home this is the one for you.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

This property was beautifully renovated. It was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, beach stuff ect. We spent 11 days here and it truely had the comforts of home. It was in a great location, with sooo many great beaches close by. Our 2 favorites being Big Beach and Polo Beach. It was convient that the Safeway was relatively close and open 24/7. It is great for late arrivals. If you are looking for the grocery deals you can go online and veiw their sales. We found with the Canadian dollar being so good that the prices of things were about what we pay at home. The apperance of the entire property is very welcoming. The pool area is well maintained and nice. The gym facility is not the greatest but you can make it work. The equipment is a little dated and not a huge selection. We travel every year with our children and this hands down was our most relaxing, fun and connecting holiday. Enjoy!!!!!
