*Please check my calendar for availability- I try to keep it up to date* This luxury condominium boast hardwood floors, granite counters, and stainless steel viking appliances. The family room has a 55" HDTV and a Bose stereo system. There is a dining area in front of the kitchen and bar stools at the kitchen counter as well.
The master bedroom suite can be shut off by a pocket door and has a generous sized closet and its own flat screen HDTV and walk out access to the balcony and its beautiful views!
2nd bedroom is moer to the middle of the unit and seperate from the Master area.
Be downtown Charleston without a stop in 4 minutes. Walk to (or bike ride) and over the beautiful Arthur Ravenel bridge.
Pool area boasts a summer kitchen area and grills, along with a hot tub. Secure building and parking (code access). Golf and marinas are a walk away as are ball fields and Patriots Point Naval & Maritime museum.

Why the Owner Chose Mount Pleasant
I didn't buy this to be a vacation rental but instead to live in. However, with the change in economy I am renting out to help cover costs. call or email me with any questions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location here is INCREDIBLE! The amenities are great too. Feels like an intimate resort. In addition to the great work out facility there is a wet and dry sauna available as well as a by appoint massage therapist (cost extra but worth it!).
Take a tour out to Fort Sumter-Lots of fun! (Watch for dolphins on the way out! Especially if there is a big liner, the dolphins love to jump out of the water and play in front of the big ships!)
Spend a wonderful day on this air craft carrier. There is a LOT to see in this floating museum!
This new park is set to open in July 2009. Amenities include a fishing pier and kayak launch to Charleston Harbor.
This beautiful bridge has a walking/biking path all the way into downtown Charleston! Loads of fun and great exercise!
