It is not intended to be anything high-end, plush or extravagant just very livable and user friendly. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the east side of the house, 3 bedrooms 1 bath on the west side of the house. Sleeping areas divided by the kitchen, eating area and main living area make this house very comfortable for that large family or big group who want to vacation together but still have privacy.
The living room is well lit by an a-frame window that looks out over the ocean and the sandy beach. A screen porch from the living room lets fresh air in during cooler weather and a large deck with left and right side access down to the boardwalk and the sandy beach is perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets or sun bathing. Spanish tiles are on the living area floors and hardwoods are in the bedrooms.
Nothing fancy or frilly about this beach house just good clean lines and an unbelievable view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy, kick back, relax and have a wonderful vacation.
