This beautiful contemporary home was just completed in July 2009 and will be available for rent beginning July 12, 2009. The design allows for the largest possible windows and sliding doors allowing for massive ocean views.

This furnished home provides everything you'll need for a memorable beach getaway. The house features 2 master suites with private master baths and a steam shower upstairs. There is also additional sleeping space throughout the home. The upstairs gourmet kitchen includes all appliances and cooking utensils and opens up to the living room and dining room for easy entertaining.
The upstairs sun deck features beautiful ocean views and we have a propane BBQ available for your use. There is an outdoor shower, indoor laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. We offer high speed internet, two TV's with satellite programs, two stereo systems and a Playstation 2 gaming system. You also will have use of two kayaks with paddles, life jackets, boogie boards, skim board, assorted beach toys and his & hers beach cruiser bicycles for your outdoor enjoyment.
Dogs are permitted with conditions. Dog must be older than 2 years of age and incessant barking will not be allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Ventura
We chose to buy a vacation rental at Pierpont beach in Ventura for many reasons. First, our friends 'the Fredericks' have owned a vacation home there for decades. We were guests of the Fredericks many years before we purchased our own home. We were attracted by the close proximity to the Los Angeles area as well as being less crowded than more southern beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Home decorating is one of our hobbies. Our taste happens to be modern with a slight preference to some mid century furnishings. We created our Ventura home with maximum light and ocean views.

Amy and I live in La Canada Flintridge. I am a CPA and Amy owns her own mortgage company in Old Town Pasadena. I was born in Pasadena, California and Amy was born in Yuma, Colorado. We both love watching movies and have included many movies in our library at the Ventura beach house.
