Year Purchased: 2009
I grew up in Patagonia, but moved away in my teens. When my husband and I had the opportunity to build a house in Patagonia I was very excited, it was like having a piece of my childhood back.
We have been married almost 24 years, have 3 wonderful children and 3 crazy dogs. One day we may move back to Patagonia, but mean time we love sharing our "casita".
Why the Owner Chose Patagonia
Patagonia a peceful small town in Southern Arizona. Here there are shops and galleries that you can walk to from our casita. Every 4th of July the town puts on a "party", with its own parade, entertainment, and fire works. The first weekend in October there is a art festival with a varitiy of great art and food for sale!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our Hummingbird casita is located just a couple of miles from the Patagonia-Sonoita Bird sanctuary. If you like birding this is the place for you. Patagoina lake is about 7 miles away. Boating and swimming areas are available.
Take a peceful walk around town, and discover the great things that Patagonia has to offer.
